• 2) Items: Photo information, place of purchase, product name, purchase date, email
• 3) Retention Period: The effectiveness of this consent will be maintained from the time you submit this consent form until one year or until the customer withdraws consent.

B. Provision of Reported Information to Third Parties

• 1) Recipients: Investigative agencies
• 2) Purpose: Legal processing related to the report
• 3) Items: Photo information, place of purchase, product name, purchase date, email
• 4) Retention Period: Until the processing is complete

C. Reporting and complaints are subject to post-management of analysis, evaluation, and processing results for the improvement of the HiddenTag service.


2. Disposal of Reported Information (Stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws and regulations)
HiddenTag will promptly destroy the information when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved. However, in cases where it is necessary to retain the information according to the investigation period, it may not be immediately destroyed.
